WOW

I am impressed! You would think you would be hungry eating so little but I am not! The pudding, shakes and bars are very filling and satisfying!

I have been on the New LifeStyle Diet for one week now and I am down 7 lbs and 7.5 inches!! So excited. Having baby added a few extra and I need to get them cut off. I did this with very little exercise this week. Our week was packed with activity but also a lot of drive time – running around.

Next week I will be adding exercise back into my routine. Be sure to try out this great diet you will love the results you get and you will love the food!!

I can not wait until next week. I am sure by the end of the month I will be down closer to my goal weight for sure!
