We all need fuel

Just like our cars we need good fuel to keep us going. If we eat heavy foods that weigh us down and clog us up we can not run properly or at all. (I know some of you do not want to run) Well then walk — but we need to be able to move and that takes proper fuel.

Our proper fuel is great nutrition. If you stop at McDonald’s or other fast food restaurants to fuel your body it new life style, die, lifestyle, womens, weight loss, loose, shakes, pudding, meals, team tkd, traci davis, water, drink, cinna-snack, chocolate, snack, it works, fuel, chick fil ais not going to keep you running strong. We need good food and light weight foods.

I love the balance of New LifeStyle Diet. My stomach seems better and flatter then ever and for just having a baby 6 months ago a flat stomach is a great thing! The food is light and filling but does not bloat you up and over fill you. it is portioned just right

Funny story one evening I have missed a pudding snack during the day so I thought well I will just mix 2 together and eat them at the same time WRONG – I got a little over half way thru the pudding and was full. This plan is put together right to work for you.

At the beginning of this week I was up 2 lbs (just love women’s hormones — Not so much) and then at end of week down 5 so 3 lb loss this week — I stayed on better track this week for sure — and that of course helps so much. I know this diet  works for sure!
