Let The Children Come

You can feel the love that God has for Pat Lamb and the love that Pat Lamb has for God!! Let the Children Come is a great book! Just as Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

This book is a book every house needs! Pat Lamb does a great job teaching children and families about the love of God, and the truth!! There is great lessons to keep it fun and rewarding.

Let the Children Come grew from a concern for the spiritual development of children. Since prayer has been taken out of school and so many Christian things are being restricted, it is incumbent upon the parents, grandparents, and church workers to provide virtually all of the spiritual training for children. This book is geared to helping children understand for themselves that the best way to live is God’s way.

Parents could use the lessons for a family time at home. Grandparents often look for activities to entertain grandchildren when they visit. This book is a handy tool to provide worthwhile activities during those visits. It can also be used when neighborhood children come to play and the children are looking for something to do. It makes an excellent gift for young couples.

The lessons are very flexible. They can be short or lengthened. The objects and materials required are easy to obtain. Questions are used to stimulate thinking with the understanding that telling is not teaching. A child must decide in his or her own mind what is best or the teachings will not stick.

This book is designed to have one lesson each week and is divided by months. By doing it this way, the lessons go along with what is going on in society and are more meaningful. This book can help families at any stage with their walk with God!
